We are heavily involved in the entertainment industry. We have assisted in finance for music, television, and film finance. We have developed relationships with many of the "movers and shakers" in the music, television, film, and all ancillary industries. Ancillary industries include, publishing, studio, site locations, real estate, lodging, transportation, security, public relations, management, etc. We cannot guarantee that your project will be the next big hit, but we can guarantee that we can get your project in front of the right person in the industry that would have the ultimate decision on whether or not your project is the next big hit.

We also co-manage an entertainment investment firm based out of San Antonio, TX and Atlanta, GA.

We have 2 programs:

Matching Funds and Direct Investment

Matching Funds Criteria

Fifty Percent (50%) of the budget cash equity

Script or Deck

Producer credit

Desired Cast

Sizzle reel (if available)

Back end points (typically 10 points; negotiable)

Ownership in the project/franchise

Twenty percent (20%) minimum ROI for any monies invested

Procedures:

Project is sent to Napper Investments for an initial review.

The 50% must be placed into our attorney's escrow, NO EXCEPTIONS. This action is to insure that the Project has verifiable equity in the deal. We will then review the project in detail. If we are interested, we will make an offer and if accepted, we will bring the balance of the budget to the production. If we do not accept, we will refund the deposit less applicable escrow and risk management fees.

For approved projects, we can assist with P&A (print & advertisement), distribution, foreign pre-sales, etc.

Direct Investment Criteria:

Ten Percent (10%) of the budget cash equity
